Collegiate Enterprise Solutions
Vice President
Prior to becoming CEO of Vert, Inc., Larry served
as Chief Marketing Officer for Mirror Image Internet.
In that capacity, he managed and supervised product
marketing, marcom, corporate communications, field
marketing and brand development. In December 2000,
Mr. Moulter assumed the additional duties of COO,
chairing the operating group for this internet
infrastructure company.
In July of 1996, Mr. Moulter joined with Arnold
Communications' chief executive Ed Eskandarian
and hockey legend Bobby Orr in the purchase of
Boston-based Woolf Associates. As President and
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Moulter oversaw daily
operations at one of the nation’s top sports

In the preceding nine years, Mr. Moulter was
the driving force behind the planning, construction,
and opening of the new, state-of–the-art,
$160 million dollar Fleet Center. At the same

the New England Sports Network (NESN) board from
1988 to 1996, serving as Chairman for a three-year
period to 1995. During this period, NESN grew
from a pay premium service to a basic cable service
provided to over three million subscribers in
New England, broadcasting both the Red Sox and
Bruins.
Due to his successful efforts, Mr. Moulter, an
entertainment lawyer and former partner in the
literary entertainment firm of Edward J. Acton
of New York, has emerged as a nationally recognized
spokesman on the sports and entertainment industry
in America.
Moreover, in addition to his dual role in the
management of one facility and construction of
the other, Mr. Moulter also served as Chairman
of the Delaware North Publishing Group. That group
included Professional Sports Publications in New
York and Haley Publishing in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida. As a partner with the Acton Agency, Mr.
Moulter negotiated film and book contracts on
behalf of Red Auerbach, Tip O’Neill, and
Joe Montana, among others.
Prior to practicing entertainment law, Mr. Moulter
served as chief of staff and a political strategist
for several elected officials in Massachusetts.
He managed the office of Lt. Governor Thomas P.
O’Neill III, and managed his gubernatorial
campaign in 1982. Mr. Moulter also directed the
office of the Suffolk County Sheriff Dennis Kearney
and introduced a management information system
and financial accounting controls for the county
sheriff’s department.
Mr. Moulter has served as principal at Goldman
Associates, a Boston-based political consulting
and marketing firm, where he supervised marketing
and public relations strategies for Emerson College
and the Delaware North Company.
