Consulting Solution
CES Consulting is positioned
to assist presidents, senior administrators, and
trustees in their efforts to find the right consulting
solution for their institution. This is a one-two-three
process, as CES Consulting is prepared to help
any or all of its prospective clients:
- By identifying and introducing
one or more members from its national consulting
network that appear ideally matched to the expressed
needs, specifications, and requirements of the
prospective college/university client.
- By introducing a CES Consulting
Practice Leader, who will work directly with
the institution to identify potential members
from the CES Consulting network who appear ideally
matched to the specifications and requirements
of the prospective college/university client.
- By recommending other consulting
firms—typically those that are highly
specialized and appropriately resourced to address
some of the more unique and technical challenges
confronting the higher education industry.
